Timber Pest Inspection (Termite inspection)
The entire timber structure of the home will be inspected and access will be required to the following areas:

  • Kitchen cupboards & bathroom / ensuite vanities

  • Skirtings, door frames, window frames

  • Garden timbers, sheds, garages and surrounding trees

  • Ensure there is access to the property manhole for roof entry

  • If the property has a subfloor, ensure access to floor traps or openings

  • Please note that residential properties may have the power isolated in the meter box for the duration of roof void or subfloor inspection.

Termite treatment service

  • The vast majority of Termite treatments are completed on the external of the home or sub-floor and is usually a termite baiting system or termite perimeter treatment. We won't need internal access for these treatments however it's important we can access the external wall edge areas of the home, so any stored goods, bikes, pot plants etc should be removed before treatment.

  • Keep pets inside 2-4 hours post treatment (or until chemical is dry)

If you need any further information please Contact Us or our technician can happily discuss your questions on arrival.
